I'm using a Raspberry Pi 4 simply to minimize carbon footprint while still contributing to the health and decentralization of Bitcoin Cash. However, these instructions should work on other types of devices running Ubuntu Desktop.

Introduction to Bitcoin Cash Node

Bitcoin Cash Node is a node and wallet implementation for the Bitcoin Cash network. The software downloads and, by default, stores the entire history of Bitcoin Cash transactions, which requires a few hundred gigabytes of disk space. Depending on the speed of your computer and network connection, the synchronization process can take anywhere from a few hours to few days.
